Experience working as an advisor to customers and credit analyst at ProCredit Bank, branch manager of the Eurolink Insurance, executive director of the Sabah Trade - Master Dealer T-Mobile allows real experience in the private sector especially in the management of financial and investment activities and customer segments or companies that manage, allowing him to develop skills to successfully transfer knowledge, unselfishly, to the participants of the training that he continually leads on his specific coaching style - training with practical examples, scenarios and projections.
Competitiveness
Strategy Managment in SME The pressure before the daily activities and the urgency of the daily needs and problems, conduct business organizations reactive and aimed at dealing with current problems, rather than proactive action aimed at meeting the customer needs, improve quality of products and services or improving the work process. Exactly because of these reasons, managers should be aware of the need for the existence of a strategic plan and have the desire and intent for development of the strategic development planning. Lack of experience in implementing strategic plans and the inability to recognize the advantages and benefits of their impact on movement and improvement of the organization as a whole - it can be concluded from the observations of experts and consultants who had realized research "Strategic management of business organizations in R. Macedonia ", in which they replicated the experience of working with business organizations in Macedonia. The results of that research are presented in this paper.
