Advantages that the Republic of Macedonia obtains from the membership in the World Trade Organization, preferential treatment of the goods in the customs procedures, as a result from a lot of agreements with different countries as a part of the themes which will contribute for solutions of the problems in the foreign-trade working of the Macedonian companies. The training will be focused on the following themes: · Place, role and meaning of the shipper in the foreign-trade working; · Organizing of transport of goods by different traffic means as well as transport of collective deliveries (description, appearances of waybill, konosman, ship transport) · Warehouse warrant -document which is used in the warehouses (important paper in the near future) · Import-export customs of goods in PM –the shipper as a legal procurator in front of the state bodies, regarding the calculation of expenses with ECD towards the contents · VAT law – VAT during import-export customs and releasing from paying VAT; · Customs tariff in circumstances of PM membership in STO (what do we get with it); · Preferential treatment of the goods in the customs procedure, EYR 1 and a statement in an invoice, as a result of the many agreement of different countries; · Duty free (according to the Customs Law) The training is realized in two or more modules, from 5.00pm-9.30pm o’clock, in air conditioning premises of COSMO Innovate Center, which are equipped with modern audio-visual technical means for teaching flip-chart PC Pentium III for each candidate, ISDN internet- connection, LCD-projector etc. We do plead you to confirm your presence by filling in and returning the enclosed form by fax of by e-mail
