Entrepreneur experience of Sofronie and his youngest son Cosmo gained during their few-year working experience in the metallic and energetic sector in USA in 1920’s resulted in establishing a small mill for flour production in Kicevo, Macedonia. For a very short time, the small workshop, by the end of 1930’s turned out into a net of 4 modern mills with rational hydro-energetic power, and the company became a regional leader in its branch. The changes social conditions imposed to the descendants of Cosmo to realize their entrepreneurship abilities through technical-energetic consulting and scientific research in Canada and Macedonia. The accumulated family experience and the new business environment in 1990’s lead to renewal of the entrepreneurship tradition and investment into development of a company for projecting and consulting in productive-energetic technologies. The company spread its activities and turned into Innovate centre for legal-economical, financing and marketing outsourcing consulting and business incubator for small and medium enterprises.
